Today the group has over 100 partners and more than 1,000 staff and is a truly national accounting organisation providing audit, accounting and tax services along with corporate finance, forensic accounting, insolvency along with all the ancillary services you would expect from a leading national firm
The Group serves a large and diversified customer base ranging from listed companies and high net wealth individuals to start-ups.
With the support of IK, Dains will look to continue its strong organic growth in the UK and Ireland, make further investment in its operational platform and recruitment as well as accelerate its inorganic growth through partnering with strong, complementary firms.

Established in 1926, Dains is an independent firm of chartered accountants and business advisers specialising in supporting growing SME businesses.

HSKSG was formed in 2011 with the merger of Greenhalgh Chartered Accountants & Business Advisers and HSKS Chartered Accountants and have a team of over 70 people working in their offices in Derby, Nottingham and Uttoxeter.
