Diversity Survey

Every two years we undertake a confidential and no-obligation survey of partners and staff with a view to understanding the diversity of the firm so that diversity in all forms can be promoted and obstacles to diversity removed.

As the survey is non-compulsory the results of the survey cannot be regarded as the whole picture. 52% of the total cohort of partners and staff participated in the survey.
