Dan has a focus on servicing owner managed businesses across both the SME and mid-market space to help them achieve their strategic outcomes.

Dan is a qualified chartered certified accountant with eight years of experience in corporate finance focusing on lead advisory work, operating out of the London City office. A large proportion of his work is undertaking company sales, with the rest of his time spent undertaking acquisitions, fundraises and MBOs for his clients. He joined Barnes Roffe back in 2021 to grow out their M&A offering. Dan has extensive experience of leading transactions across a range of industries, including cross border, with a focus on owner managed businesses in the SME and lower mid-market space having trained at a top 5 accounting firm before moving to a corporate finance boutique prior to Barnes Roffe.

Outside of work he’ll normally be found on the golf course or frequenting his local farm shop.
