Louise is a Chartered Member of the CIPD with more than 20 years’ experience in HR, much of it gained within professional practice. Before joining Barnes Roffe in 2021, she was HR Director at UHY Hacker Young. Louise initially joined the Leytonstone office to establish HR practices and support the development of strategies designed to benefit the wider firm.

Today, Louise oversees all aspects of HR for all the Barnes Roffe Group offices in the Southeast. Her role calls for a hands-on and collaborative approach, designing and implementing policies and procedures that align with the goals of Barnes Roffe and the Dains Group. She is passionate about finding practical HR solutions that support both the firm and its people, recognising that a positive workplace culture helps create an engaged, motivated and productive workforce.

Outside of work, Louise enjoys staying active through badminton, HIIT sessions and going to the gym. She also loves travelling with family and friends, exploring different countries and cultures, and is especially keen on snorkelling in exotic waters with sharks and turtles. Louise also enjoys attending live music events.
