The partners of Barnes Roffe are delighted to announce that we became part of the Dains Group on 4 June 2025.

Dains is a Top 30 firm with offices across the Midlands and will now have established four key regional hubs in the Midlands, Scotland, Ireland, and the South East. Dains is growing rapidly into a national firm with a culture that is strongly aligned with that of Barnes Roffe. Together, we are on course to be a Top 20 firm by the end of 2025.

We are confident that clients will see a range of benefits as we continue to serve the owner-managed and SME market with an enhanced range of services. Dains will significantly enhance our corporate finance capabilities, offering specialist corporate restructuring, forensic accounting, VAT support, and fractional accounting services. Our services will continue to be partner-led across the South East, but now with additional specialist support across a wider geographical spread in the UK and Ireland, alongside strong international connections.
