Barnes Roffe LLP acted as lead advisor for Tsunami Axis Europe on the acquisition of SV Concept, the leading MillerKnoll office furniture dealership based out of Geneva, Switzerland.

The acquisition complements Tsunami Axis’ strategy of providing customers with seamless provision of its services with one point of accountability across all borders and trade boundaries. The acquisition adds to its existing operations covering Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg and five UK studios.

Established in 2009 by Sandrine Vincent and her partner Patrick de Lenzbourg, SV Concept specialise in providing exceptional service to multinational organisations and Swiss professional service companies.

Barnes Roffe LLP acted as lead advisors as well as structuring the deal and providing financial due diligence services to Tsunami Axis.
