Personal Assistant Maternity Cover
We are looking for a Personal Assistant (Admin) for a year to 15 months maternity cover. The role would be exclusively to our Managing Partner at our Dartford Office, and would ideally like someone who is available to start as soon as possible.
Job function:
- Typing (audio)
- Organisation and administration of my diary and related matters
- Maintenance of the firm’s partners minutes and other sensitive documents
- Organisation of a number of personal matters for me, to include work on various investment properties, and other business interests
- Liaising with managers and other members of staff regarding meetings and related matters
This role is entirely office based.
The individual will also be part of an administrative team of three people at this office.
The typing requirements can fluctuate from very little, through to a significant amount. The one essential qualification for the individual is a very good typing speed.
