Simon graduated from Cambridge with a maths degree, before working in a mid-tier firm and then a top-10 firm, He joined Barnes Roffe in 2017 as a Senior Manager and became a Partner in 2023.

During his career, Simon has worked with many owner-managed businesses, providing them with audit, accounting, tax and advisory services. He uses his knowledge and experience to provide practical day-to-day advice, as well as helping his clients with their long-term goals and aspirations.

Outside work, Simon is kept busy by his family, and also finds time to volunteer in the local community.
